Expression of caspase-3, caspase-9, GDF-9 and IGF-1 genes in ovine oocytes cultured with optimum and elevated doses of Amphiregulin, Neuregulin-1 and Tumour necrosis factor-α in-vitro

The present study was conducted to evaluate the expression of caspase-3, caspase-9, growth differentiation factor-9 (GDF-9) and insulin factor-1 (IGF-1) genes in oocytes cultured vitro with optimum elevated doses amphiregulin (50 ng 150 ng), neuregulin-1 (25 ng) tumor necrosis factor-α during maturation based on results effects AREG or NRG-1 TNF-α concentration which caused significant effect, were selected for gene studies along basal/control level. Total RNA extracted from matured using Trizol method Real-time reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction used genes. There an upregulation caspase-3 at TNF-α, caspase-9 50 AREG, GDF-9 IGF-1 25 TNF-α. These suggested that dose enhanced IGF-1, while presence activated respectively vitro.
